I write. I inspire. I cook. Currently, I am baking a difference: I make homemade pumpkin bread with chocolate chips and donate a portion of the sale of each loaf to Feeding South Florida which helps local communities fight hunger. Every dollar donated provides 6 meals to families who don’t know where their next meal is coming from.
I’m feeding purpose with passion. I also look forward to organizing culinary and inspirational retreats so that we can all enjoy Mother Nature’s infinite bounty while empowering one another and making our world a better place for each other. With nourishing words and food, I am raising the vibration of the planet one delicious bite and inspiration at a time.
